Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, the rooms weren't as neat as I would have preferred, and it was quite hot, possibly around 85 degrees initially. Despite these downsides, the hotel's location was convenient for my business trip, being close to WakeMed Hospital for the conference and right off the interstate for easy access.
The hotel had a convenient location right off the interstate, perfect for easy access. However, the area was known for being shady with drug and prostitution activities. The rooms had a stale cigarette smell but were clean and warm, with functional flat-screen TVs needing some repairs. The service was lacking, with rude staff using master keys without warning. The hotel was close to WakeMed Hospital for a conference, but the overall location felt unsafe. Despite the drawbacks, the price may have offered some value for money
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient and right off the interstate for easy access, but it was a bit concerning due to the shady surroundings. The rooms were lacking in cleanliness and had some issues with temperature, but surprisingly did not smell like smoke. The service was average with room for improvement in attentiveness. The overall value for money was questionable.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and decently comfortable, but there were some cleanliness issues that could have been better addressed. The service was a bit confusing and concerning at times, but the location was convenient for my business trip. The dining experience was not applicable in this case, and the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms didn't smell like smoke and were not as good as the pictures online, they were unfortunately infested with roaches. The service, especially at the front desk, left much to be desired with rude and impatient staff. The location, though close to WakeMed Hospital for a conference, was overshadowed by being known for drugs and prostitution.
